MOORESTOWN FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1

The Moorestown Fire District No. 1 is an 80-member, all volunteer organization with two fire stations:

• Hose Company No. 1 located at 261 West Main Street
• Relief Engine Company located at 222 Chester Avenue

The Fire District Administrative Offices are located at 261 West Main Street.

The Moorestown Fire Department serves a population of 20,400 residents covering 15 square miles of schools, libraries, houses, businesses, churches, synagogues, community centers, and cultural and historic buildings.

The Moorestown Fire Department responds to over 700 calls a year and provides reciprocal assistance to neighboring townships.
