Changes to Legal Notice Publication Requirements
Signed into law by Governor Murphy on June 30, 2025, P.L. 2025, c.72 reflects the transition from traditional print newspapers to online platforms by updating legal notice publication requirements.
Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, beginning March 1, 2026, the complete text of all legal notices of Moorestown Fire District No. 1 in the County of Burlington may be viewed by the public here.
In addition, by no later than March 1, 2026, a centralized directory of legal notice links for all New Jersey public entities will be maintained by the Secretary of State at https://www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml.
